Peaceful Homes provides young adults ages 18-21 who are aging out of foster care with a safe, supportive home environment while they prepare for independent living . During our 12-month program , residents receive guidance in essential life skills, workforce readiness, personal development, and building a strong foundation for adulthood.

 
 

Essential 7 Life Skills Curriculum

Our Essential 7 Life Skills  Curriculum equips residents with practical skills for independent adulthood , including financial literacy, career readiness, healthy living, household management, communication, decision making, and community engagement. 

Building Community Connections

Through partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders , Peaceful Homes connects residents with resources , mentorship, education, employment opportunities , and continued support as they transition towards independence.

Our 12-month program includes the Essential 7 Life Skills Curriculum, workforce readiness, independent living support, personal development, mentorship, and connections to community resources. Residents receives structured guidance designed to help them build confidence, stability, and the skills needed for successful independent living.

Young adults,caregivers, social workers, and community professionals can begin the referral process through our Get Help page. Our team will review the information provided and follow up regarding eligibility, next steps , and program availability.
